Our company develops in 11 hectares of olive grove for about 2500 plants, with the olive oil plant located about 1400 meters above sea level, which exhibits a piantation scheme which guaranteed about 45 m2 for olive plant, allowing a complete solar radiation of the foliage, and a more simple and complete processing of land adjacent to the plant, steps necessary to improve its fertility and nutritional ease.
The olives are picked at a stage of maturation in which the olive, an intermediate period of his life, growth and maturation, keep for a short period his vigor and best organic and biological characteristics. The following process is for the pressing of olives picked, this is done within 8 hours of collection, the oil obtained is kept in stainless steel containers, which are positioned in a storage room at a controlled temperature between 14-16 degrees Celsius, until the next packaging.
